Lorenzo Sludgey doom aggression with longer song times. The verse/chorus style is quite uniqie, and is more reminiscent of hardcore or traditional rock. All aspects of the sound is well executed.

The album is packed with riffs, and the gloomy sound makes it all the more menacing.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten

All this can be said about Void Masquerading as Matter - but it is also complex, immersive (if you are not repelled), fascinating and rousing (in the sense of: dragging you into the abyss). Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork.
